Add a splash of colour to your wedding outfit with this thin, skinny contrasting red belt. This alternative bridal belt can be worn during the day proceedings, or at the evening do only to add a bit of extra colour to your dress. With vertical ribs along the belt, it has got less of a sheen than satin, but it not totally matt. It accessorises beautifully 50's style dresses with 3/4 full skirts, especially when you have red lipstick to match! But it also works great with mermaid, trumpet, A-lined dresses and alternative coloured or patterned dresses.
The belt is about 1.4cm in width, and made with vertically ribbed deep red grosgrain ribbon. It is stiffened inside, and therefore will not fold. To fasten it, two metal hooks lock onto two thread loops, and the belt also has a back up transparent press-stud (snap fastener).
This belt is made to measure, so with your order, please specify the length required to fit you. This is ideally taken standing up, while you wear your dress (or a suitable alternative), using a measuring tape which you keep as parallel to the floor as possible. Please check your ordered length carefully as once cut, the belt may not be able to be re-adjusted.
Please note that as this is a custom order, made to your size only, returns and refunds are not possible, unless the item is faulty upon arrival. For the returns and refunds policy, please review the Terms and Conditions.
This belt is made to order. Upon receipt of all the details, please expect 3-5 working days for it to be made and packaged, and 2-3 working days for postage in the UK. For International Postage, Royal Mail generally advises that the delivery times are 5-10 working days. All items will be posted by Royal Mail (with a signed for or tracked option) and a tracking number will be supplied upon dispatch.
Wear and Care:
It is recommended to fasten the hooks first when you are putting the belt on, but to unfasten the press-stud (or snap) first, when you're removing it. Be careful if your nails have been delicately done!!
The belt can be gently handwashed (separately from other light coloured clothes) with mild detergent, and ironed with a medium-hot iron.
